Who are FOBE?
Friends of Bright Eyes (FOBE) is a registered charity which provides support for:
- children with special needs and disabilities
- their families and carers

Friends of Bright Eyes (FOBE) was set up in 1993 by a young mother who wanted to access support services for her disabled child in Luton. Supported by a few members of the local community, she proceeded to organise a regular care session for young people within the locality.

   Care Services

FOBE run a number of regular care sessions including:
  Childrens day care
  Youth Respite
  Family/Carers Support Group

Furthermore, there is an annual Summer Programme which incorporate sports activities with learning programs & excursions.

How can you help?
As many disabled children's needs are complex and cross traditional service boundaries, FOBE proactively seeks help from individuals, businesses and organisations in the following areas:

1. Funding – the wages, running costs and external events organised by FOBE are entirely sourced from voluntary grants and partnerships. In order to sustain the organisation and enable it to address the growing waiting list, financial support is welcomed.
